1.     Dr N  K Kalappanavar:

·        Attended the interview of T.V. 9. television Network Programme & relay was done on 19/09/09 during T.V. 9. Newes.   

·        Contributed chapter on “Mediastinal diseases in children” in text book “Text book of pediatric pulmonology” published by JayPee brothers.

·        Published article in International journal of Biotechnology and Biochemistry.

·        Presented research paper during international conference on child health and environment held at Bangalore on 2-4^th Feb 2010.

2.     Dr B S Prasad:

·        Participated as faculty during south criticon held at Chitradurga 19-20^th Dec 2009.

·        Selected as NALS trainer by NNF

3.     Dr Manjunatha Sarthi

·        Contributed chapter on  “critical care in children” in OP Ghai’s text book of Pediatric

·        Contributed 5 topics on “Procedures in pediatric pulmonology (thoracocentasis, lung biopsy, broachoscopy and bronchoalveolar lavage), Pneumonia, Hemoptysis and Pulmonary hemorrhage”

4. Dr Chandrashekar Gauli, Dr Sanjay D, Dr Manjunatha Sarthi, Dr         Ashok A and Dr Naveen Nadig, Gave a guest lecture on various          pediatric topics.  

5. Inauguration of Pediatric Pulmonology clinic in Pediatric OPD, run by Dr.N.K.Kalappanavar and   Dr.Manjunatha Sarthi, Pediatric pulmonologists
