The central library is housed in a well lit
and ventilated building having 300 seating capacity. It is well stocked
and ever growing, adding professional books, periodicals, WHO
publications. It is stocked with 11203 books, 106 current journals.
Through Rajiv Gandhi University of Health
Sciences database - HELINET more than 500 online full text
biomedical journals can be accessed.
In addition to the above, the following
value added services – document scanning, photocopying, binding,
bibliographic services, e-mail alerts, access to e-resources through
digital library are provided.
The library is kept open on all working days
from 9.00 A M to 1.00 Mid night. On holidays / general holidays 10.00 A M to
1.30 P M and two months prior to the examination on holidays/ general
holidays 10.00 A M to 8.00 P M.
